In 2014, FOBL raised the funds needed to create a beautiful serene Reading Garden located at the north rear part of the library property and available to anyone visiting or living in the village. In 2024 the Reading Garden was redesigned to transition to a pollinator garden stocked with native plants, courtesy of a partnership between FOBL and the Bayfield Garden club.
